The setting is marvellous and perfect, very close to the central area of Riyadh and food establishments, groceries, restaurants and more. It's 5 minutes drive from a commercial skyscraper.

Incredible location and very friendly stuff where a definite plus. It took only 20 minutes to walk to Al Nasiriyah bus stop. The room was large, had comfortable and included a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

this was my 2nd stay, they offered a double room with modern furniture. i had a mini bar, climate control and an individual safe in the room.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff, especially the Saudi female at the front desk, were welcoming and helpful. The kids playroom kept my son entertained throughout our stay. The hotel also offers spacious basement parking.

Some improvements need to be made, especially in the housekeeping department. There were instances where the shower gel dispenser was filled with body lotion and the shampoo dispenser with shower gel.

This place is conveniently located near various food establishments, groceries, and restaurants, making it easy to access everything we needed, and there's a nice W Xyz Lounge nearby where we enjoyed hot beverages.

The size of the family room was spacious, and I appreciated the complete utensils in the room for cooking. The breakfast had delicious options, although the menu could have had more variety. The ample basement parking was always available.

I even got upgraded to a larger room with a kitchenette, microwave, and sink for free! The room was clean and well-equipped, although there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. it was GREAT value for money. I definitely recommend staying here for a fantastic experience.
